Answers first — the ten questions that decide orders
Answer in the first sentence, numbers with units and dates, structured data shipped alongside — these three decide whether AI overviews quote you.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Standard MOQ is 300 pcs per style per colour; cashmere and kids' wear 200–400 pcs, polos and hoodies 500 pcs. Trial orders under 200 pcs can use the express lane — same lead time, unit price 8–12% higher.
When does the lead-time clock start?
From the day both the signed sample approval and the deposit are in hand — normally 25–35 days. Cashmere and complex structures take the upper bound; repeats ship in as little as 18 days when greige is in stock.
Can you sample? Cost and timing?
Yes. Digital proofs take 5 days and are free (online render plus measurement sheet); physical samples take 12–14 days at USD 40–90 per style, fully credited against the order. We cover courier freight beyond the DHL collect account.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM executes your tech pack and reference sample while we own feasibility and QC; ODM starts from our 300+ developing blocks and fabric book, with detail changes, yarn swaps and print/embroidery added. Both run the same AQL 2.5 shipment standard.
Payment terms and Incoterms?
T/T 30% deposit and 70% against copy of B/L; sight L/C accepted. FOB Ningbo/Shanghai is standard, with CIF, DDP (major EU/US ports) and EXW for samples available. Long-term accounts can apply for 30-day terms.
Which certificates and audit reports can you provide?
amfori BSCI (grade A), ISO 9001:2015, SEDEX 4-Pillar, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I and GRS 4.0 including per-order TCs. Audits on-site or remote, hosted by us; your team or a third party are equally welcome.
